Sammy is the Clinic Director at Common Threads and has extensive experience working with Autistic and Neurodivergent individuals of all ages as a board-certified music therapist. In addition to being a music therapist, Sammy will graduate with her master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin– La Crosse in December 2026 and has several years of experience in leadership, quality improvement, project management, and strategic planning and implementation. Through a servant and empowering leadership approach, Sammy prioritizes authenticity, individual strengths, empathy, and collaboration to promote high quality and person-centered services. While not at work, Sammy enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, singing and making music, and playing board games.
