Rachael has a background in nonprofit leadership, community building, and graphic design. As the Founder and Executive Director of a grassroots nonprofit in Sun Prairie, they’ve created and led inclusive events that focus on connection and self-expression—especially for neurodivergent youth and young adults. Rachael is passionate about creating spaces where students feel safe, supported, and valued. Outside of work, they love going to live music shows, taking long walks with their best friend, spending time with their kiddos, and hanging out with their dog, Hal.
