Welcome! Ann Princl proudly serves as the School Director for Common Threads School. Previously, she worked as a Service Facilitator in Common Threads Clinic guiding clients to establish goals and receive services needed to achieve their goals. Ann brings experience as a classroom teacher, a district-wide mentor coordinator, a library media specialist, and an elementary principal. These roles provided her the opportunity to support all students, families and school staff. She has eagerly taken on the role of School Director, a position that allows her to use her skills to genuinely connect with students, collaborate and support our school team, and engage in communication with families and school districts. Ann’s educational experience includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Psychology, a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Studies, all from UW-Madison. Ann also received her school administrator certification via St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. Ann’s goal and lifework is rooted in finding strengths in people and helping them be successful.
