Ann Princl proudly serves as a Service Facilitator Supervisor at Common Threads Clinic, guiding clients to establish goals and receive services needed to achieve their goals. In addition, she leads and supports our Common Threads Service Facilitation team to be successful in their roles with their clients. Ann’s experiences as a classroom teacher, a district-wide mentor coordinator, a library media specialist, an elementary principal and most recently as the School Director at Common Threads, have laid the groundwork for providing support and encouragement to clients, their families and our team members. Ann’s educational experiences include a Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Psychology, a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Studies, all from UW-Madison. Ann also received her school administrator certification via St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. Ann’s goal and lifework is rooted in finding strengths in people and then witnessing them use their strengths to be successful.
