Jessica Scott

(she/her/hers), Licensed Occupational Therapist

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Social Work from St. Olaf College and a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She brings a wealth of experience to her role as an Occupational Therapist at Common Threads, having spent over 7 years in social work case management prior to joining the organization. She has dedicated her career to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health diagnoses. Her compassionate approach and deep understanding of the challenges faced by these populations allow her to create meaningful connections and implement client and family centered services. Her occupational therapy background includes experience in both a school setting and a hand therapy clinic, equipping her with a unique skill set to address the diverse needs of her clients and adopt an integrated, holistic approach in her practice. Outside of her professional pursuits, Jessica enjoys reading, spending time outdoors—particularly at Pheasant Branch Conservancy—and playing the violin as a member of the Middleton Community Orchestra.
