Description of Operations

Our center provides support to children with autism, as well as to their families, through various means. All of our programs embrace the special needs of the individuals within our center.  Our center prides itself in teaching and working from a strength based approach. Our staff is committed to supporting children, and recognizes that challenging behaviors are often a result of communication difficulties and sensory needs. Our staff will embrace your child and will provide him or her with opportunities to practice new solutions

Our center provides:

  • A therapeutic play facility built on an inclusion model

  • Short-term respite for families in need of a break

  • A state-of-the-art sensory facility

  • A licensed Psychologist well versed in autism spectrum disorder

  • Board Certified and licensed Art and Music Therapists

  • A licensed Occupational Therapist well versed in sensory regulation

  • A resource Library

  • Support Groups

  • Lecture Series

Finally, and perhaps most importantly, we will provide previously isolated families the opportunity to discover their common threads, and thus rekindle their sense of community.
